Yearly Renewal
Members of the College of Chiropodist must renew their registration on an annual basis. The College registration year runs from January 1 until December 31. All members must renew online as paper renewal forms are no longer available. To renew, members pay an annual fee and complete the online renewal form by the deadline. The deadline for completing renewal each year is February 14. For the calendar year 2023, deadline for renewal will be February 14, 2023. Renewals received after the deadline will be changed a late fee.
General Membership Fee $1,940
Inhalation Certification Fee $350
Only for members who have passed Inhalation program and applied for certificate
Late Fees $200
Applied to renewals received after February 14, 2023
Tips for Successful Renewal
1. Test your login credentials
If you have forgotten your username or password, please use the option on the login page to reset it. If you no longer have access to the email on file, please email [email protected] for assistance.
2. Renew early
Renew early to avoid unexpected delays and complete your renewal on time to avoid late fees.
3. Review your information
Review all of your information – the College has recently upgraded the system and requires all members to review and correct any information in the system. Make sure that your Name, Registration Number, Qualifications (Academic Qualifications relating only to chiropody/podiatry), Class (Chiropodist/Podiatrist), Certificate (General/Academic/Educational) and Electoral District are correct.
4. Have your insurance info ready
If you have personal Professional Liability Insurance, ensure you have the details on hand – insurer name, policy number and the expiry date.
Payment – Must be received by February 14, 2023
Online Payment
Pay online with your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through the member portal.
Other Payment Option
E-transfers are accepted and must be sent when you select Offline payment during the renewal process. For e-transfer payment, kindly send it to [email protected] . Please ensure your name and registration number are clearly stated in the memo section. Partial payments are not permitted.
