Discipline Hearings

As of January 1, 2025, the College is part of the Health Professions Discipline Tribunal on a pilot basis.

The Ontario Chiropodists and Podiatrists Discipline Tribunal (OCPDT) is the College’s Discipline Committee established under the Health Professions Procedural Code.

While the College is responsible for addressing complaints and other concerns about the conduct, competence and capacity of its registrants, serious matters involving allegations of professional misconduct or incompetence may be referred to the OCPDT for a hearing.

For detailed information about the discipline process, including guides, rules, and practice directions, please visit the Health Professions Discipline Tribunal website. If you’re looking for information about a hearing involving a specific registrant, you can also find it by searching for the registrant’s name on the College’s Public Register.
